What you will do

  • Lead client onboarding and training sessions to ensure smooth implementation and strong platform adoption.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders by aligning product usage with business goals.
  • Manage client-facing projects and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Partner with Sales teams to support renewals and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally by collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to improve the client experience.

Requirements

  • Must be based in LATAM or the Philippines.
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management within the SaaS industry.
  • Bachelor's degree; a technical degree (Computer Science, Engineering, IT) is a plus.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot complex software solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and sales skills.
  • Experience with CRM and customer success platforms (HubSpot experience is a plus).

  • Experience working in distributed remote teams.
  • Certifications in customer success or relevant technical fields.
