What you will do
- Lead client onboarding and training sessions to ensure smooth implementation and strong platform adoption.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders by aligning product usage with business goals.
- Manage client-facing projects and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Partner with Sales teams to support renewals and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Advocate for customer needs internally by collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to improve the client experience.
Requirements
- Must be based in LATAM or the Philippines.
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management within the SaaS industry.
- Bachelor's degree; a technical degree (Computer Science, Engineering, IT) is a plus.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot complex software solutions.
- Exceptional communication and sales skills.
- Experience with CRM and customer success platforms (HubSpot experience is a plus).
