What you will do

• Manage a defined Book of Business of new customers as their primary strategic advisor and project manager.
• Lead consultative discovery sessions to translate complex business goals into measurable onboarding milestones.
• Design and execute implementation workstreams, including migrations and integrations.
• Use AI-forward tools like Glean to summarize decisions and build mutual success plans.
• Monitor portfolio health using data signals to identify risks or expansion opportunities.
• Advocate for the LATAM customer voice by providing insights to Product and Enablement teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or consultative customer-facing roles.
• Native Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
• Experience with Marketing or Sales Automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
• Familiarity with the WhatsApp and Meta ecosystem (e.g., Wati, Blip, Manychat).
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage a high volume of accounts.
• Must be based in São Paulo.
