What you will do

• Gain a deep understanding of how all components of the LMS work together.
• Build and configure various parts of the LMS, including creating and organising courses, uploading content, defining fields, and managing system integrations.
• Oversee regular updates and adjustments to the LMS to ensure its smooth operation.
• Provide technical support for all system users (employees, partners, customers) by resolving issues, troubleshooting problems, and addressing user concerns in a timely manner.
• Create, manage, and customise reports based on the needs of various stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT teams and Litmos (or similar platforms) to suggest and implement improvements and upgrades to the LMS.

Requirements

• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of LMS experience, preferably with Litmos as the platform.
• Experience with LMS configurations, content management, and user management is essential, along with technical troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving ability to diagnose and resolve LMS-related issues swiftly.
• Ability to understand the system’s data and how updates, data loads, or changes to the LMS impact performance or outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills to foster long-term relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Advanced Excel skills to manipulate and analyse data, create reports, and work with spreadsheets that may include large datasets.
• Strong project management, organizational, and planning skills.
