What you will do
- Own client success on SpringServe, building trusted relationships and helping clients drive adoption, performance, and growth.
- Assist in client onboarding for assigned accounts, coordinating timelines, requirements, testing, and go-live readiness.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business and goals, translating needs into a tailored SpringServe setup and clear success plan.
- Educate and advise clients on SpringServe functionality and ad tech best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and workflow issues, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Analyze performance data and deliver actionable insights, creating reports and recommendations that help clients optimize strategy and execution.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer support and/or digital advertising - experience with RTB/programmatic and digital advertising is a plus.
- Experience providing technical support for clients of a SaaS platform.
- Knowledge of video advertising (including CTV), SQL, Python (a plus).
- Analytical, project management, and troubleshooting skills to solve clients’ technical problems.
- A self-starter mentality and an eagerness to work autonomously in a dynamic team environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentations skills.
