What you will do
- Manage client-facing teams and participate in governance meetings to drive T&M revenue and capitalize on SIS opportunities.
- Oversee production services teams to ensure efficient, scalable, and client-centric service models with KPI tracking.
- Align product and technology roadmaps with business priorities and control costs across Centers of Excellence.
- Enhance operational processes, analytics, and reporting to improve financial and client satisfaction outcomes.
- Lead operational business integration projects and maximize synergies across hirify.global platforms.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Toronto, ON or able to work hybrid with flexible options.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years in business or operational leadership roles within Financial Services, Fintech, or Technology sectors.
- Proven track record leading large-scale transformation initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Strong program management and stakeholder management skills in a matrixed environment.
- Ability to lead through influence and manage high-performing teams across multiple market sectors.
