What you will do

• Drive P2P adoption and optimize procurement processes across G&A business units, enhancing compliance and automation.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Security, and other teams to improve procurement data quality, contract management, and risk controls.
• Manage month-end close activities including accruals, PO management, and spend reconciliation.
• Lead and develop a procurement team, embedding as a strategic partner across multiple business verticals.
• Build scalable playbooks and training to maintain control without slowing business velocity.
• Drive vendor rationalization and preferred-vendor strategies to maximize leverage.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work in San Francisco, CA, USA
• 10+ years of progressive procurement experience, including 5+ years in enterprise tech, SaaS, fintech, or hyperscaler environments.
• At least 7 years of people management experience with proven team-building skills.
• Strong knowledge of procurement-adjacent accounting and modern procurement platforms.
• Ability to operate in high-velocity, ambiguous environments while building structured, automated systems.
• Passion for leveraging AI to improve procurement operations.

Nice to have

• Experience with real estate/workplace procurement at scale.
• Familiarity with Zip or similar enterprise procurement suites.
• Proficiency with BI tools for spend analysis and reporting.
• Exposure to hyper-growth scaling environments.
