What you will do

• Lead and manage complex digital projects, ensuring goals, contracts, and constraints are strictly met.
• Manage project scope, budget, timeline, and quality through regular forecasting and proactive risk mitigation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients to ensure high satisfaction and NPS.
• Lead distributed cross-functional delivery teams, establishing clear routines and communication flows.
• Report project health, financial metrics, and status updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a digital agency, consultancy, or client-services environment.
• Track record of delivering software development projects for enterprise clients.
• Experience leading distributed, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and professional communication skills.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Professional certification in PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or Agile (CSM, PSM, SAFe) is highly desirable.
