What you will do

• Define and manage program roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies across engineering, science, product, and business teams ensuring alignment and on-time delivery for high-visibility launches.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational blockers across partner teams, driving decisions with the right stakeholders.
• Partner with engineering and science leads to translate technical architecture decisions into program plans, and ensure technical choices align with business and product goals.
• Represent program status and risks in senior leadership reviews, synthesizing complex cross-team dependencies into clear narratives for VP and SVP audiences.
• Initiate and structure greenfield programs at the intersection of generative AI and advertising, establishing the frameworks and processes needed to scale new initiatives.
• Collaborate with legal, policy, and trust teams to ensure new ad formats meet compliance and launch readiness requirements across all markets and surfaces.

Requirements

• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.

• 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience.
