Salary: $140,400 - $372,300 per year

What you will do

• Define product vision and strategy for Developer Experience to make hirify.global the fastest place to ship software at scale.
• Own and drive the roadmap balancing near-term developer pain points with long-term bets.
• Identify opportunities to automate internal workflows with API-first, agent-compatible solutions.
• Shape integration of AI agents and AI-assisted workflows into the development platform.
• Partner with engineering to define success metrics and ensure accountability.
• Work cross-functionally to deliver initiatives spanning organizational boundaries.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States and able to work remotely within this region.
• 8+ years experience in product, project, or program management, software development, or related fields.
• 3+ years delivering projects involving complex technical problems across organizational boundaries.
• Strong technical foundation in modern software delivery practices including CI/CD, testing, observability, and service-oriented architectures.
• Excellent communication skills for asynchronous and distributed collaboration.

• Experience leading internal developer platforms or developer productivity programs.
• Experience shipping AI-powered developer tools or integrating LLM-based capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills with experience defining and using metrics to drive decisions.
