TL;DR

Principal Product Manager (AI/Developer Platforms): Leading the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for the global workforce developer platform with an accent on API design, developer experience, and integration ecosystems. Focus on leveraging AI to drive innovation, scaling high-velocity delivery processes, and managing a complex product suite to support global growth.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote-First)

Salary: $164,800 - $206,000 (plus variable compensation)

What you will do

  • Define and champion the holistic product vision and roadmap for the developer platform, including APIs, SDKs, and services.
  • Strategically leverage AI to create novel software solutions for global workforce management and compliance.
  • Drive high-velocity, customer-centric delivery in partnership with engineering teams.
  • Evangelize the platform to customers and partners through events, webinars, and high-impact content.
  • Lead scaling strategies to support exponential client growth while ensuring measurable business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including marketing, sales, legal, and HR to ensure strategic alignment.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive Product Management experience, specifically within Senior or Principal B2B SaaS roles.
  • Deep expertise in developer-facing products, including workflows, tooling, and modern coding environments.
  • Proven track record of shipping AI-powered products that deliver significant customer value.
  • Strong understanding of the developer audience and ecosystem dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholder groups.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and reside within the US for this remote-first position.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with Employer of Record (EOR) products or within the global employment space.
