Salary: $200,000–$301,000

What you will do

• Audit People team processes to identify and prioritize AI-ready opportunities.
• Design and deploy AI agents, defining workflow logic and guardrails for sensitive HR contexts.
• Own end-to-end rollouts including requirements, testing, change management, and adoption.
• Serve as the strategic AI advisor for HR functions to translate operational pain into product requirements.
• Define success metrics and feedback loops to continuously improve AI solution performance.
• Evaluate and leverage existing HR tech stack capabilities before building custom solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with significant exposure to HR or People Operations.
• Hands-on experience scoping and deploying AI or automation in HR contexts.
• Ability to read code (Python, JavaScript) and build working prototypes without engineering support.
• Proficiency with agentic frameworks like LangChain, n8n, or Zapier.
• Experience building conversational AI agents for onboarding, policy support, or manager coaching.
• Must be able to work in the San Francisco Bay Area for a hybrid role.

Nice to have

• Background in navigating compliance and data privacy (EEOC, GDPR, SOC 2) in HR AI.
• Experience building agents for international/multi-region environments.
• Understanding of data residency requirements and regional labor laws.
