What you will do
- Audit People team processes to identify and prioritize AI-ready opportunities.
- Design and deploy AI agents, defining workflow logic and guardrails for sensitive HR contexts.
- Own end-to-end rollouts including requirements, testing, change management, and adoption.
- Serve as the strategic AI advisor for HR functions to translate operational pain into product requirements.
- Define success metrics and feedback loops to continuously improve AI solution performance.
- Evaluate and leverage existing HR tech stack capabilities before building custom solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with significant exposure to HR or People Operations.
- Hands-on experience scoping and deploying AI or automation in HR contexts.
- Ability to read code (Python, JavaScript) and build working prototypes without engineering support.
- Proficiency with agentic frameworks like LangChain, n8n, or Zapier.
- Experience building conversational AI agents for onboarding, policy support, or manager coaching.
- Must be able to work in the San Francisco Bay Area for a hybrid role.
Nice to have
- Background in navigating compliance and data privacy (EEOC, GDPR, SOC 2) in HR AI.
- Experience building agents for international/multi-region environments.
- Understanding of data residency requirements and regional labor laws.
