Salary: $192,000 - $278,000 USD + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Lead Product Vision: Drive strategy and execution for core AI evaluation products.
• Champion Developer Experience: Design scalable, intuitive workflows for developers and researchers.
• Scale the Ecosystem: Launch features and partnerships to expand global AI community reach.
• Productize Frontier AI: Translate emerging AI evaluation trends into scalable platform features.
• Drive Impact: Collaborate cross-functionally with Google teams and external labs to accelerate AI development.
• Build Sustainable Systems: Address platform scaling challenges including compute-heavy workloads.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience shipping complex technical software products.
• Deep expertise in AI ecosystem, including LLMs, agentic frameworks, and model benchmarking.
• Experience building developer-facing tools, APIs, SDKs with focus on developer experience.
• Ability to define product direction in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Location: Must be based in the United States.
