What you will do
- Define and own product vision and strategy across multiple product areas aligned with long-term roadmap.
- Lead, mentor, and grow product managers and analysts, fostering a culture of product rigor and data-driven decision-making.
- Serve as executive-facing product leader for strategic enterprise accounts, influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment.
- Oversee delivery across multiple workstreams ensuring outcomes on time and within scope with governance standards.
- Shape AI-enabled solution architectures combining AI toolkit with client systems for scalable implementations.
- Systematize playbooks and partner with sales and operations to feed client insights into go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- Authorization to work in the US and willingness to travel as needed.
- 8-10+ years in product management or related leadership roles with significant enterprise experience.
- Proven success leading multiple product teams and influencing senior executives on multi-million-dollar engagements.
- Strong technical fluency in software architecture, APIs, data flows, and applying AI/ML in enterprise contexts.
- Deep expertise in Agile/Lean product practices tailored to enterprise environments.
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and emotional intelligence.
