What you will do
- Develop and execute sales methodologies to retire assigned quotas through effective territory growth.
- Manage the full sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing, with accurate forecasting in Salesforce.
- Perform high-quality product presentations and demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Establish strong relationships with decision-makers to position hirify.global solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to refine strategy and secure cross-product sales opportunities.
- Maintain a deep understanding of product positioning and competitive landscapes within the target market.
Requirements
- Must be bilingual in English and French
- 3+ years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably within SaaS or MSP industries
- Proven history of meeting sales targets and KPIs
- Strong ability to communicate technical and business concepts via phone and web presentations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks
- Self-starter attitude with a focus on delivering measurable business results
