What you will do

  • Support onboarding and enablement of new partners, ensuring understanding of resources and processes.
  • Deliver training materials and respond to partner inquiries to facilitate success.
  • Maintain regular communication as the initial point of contact for growth partners.
  • Manage day-to-day partner program operations including tracking activities and updating records.
  • Gather and report data on partner performance to identify support needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide effective solutions to partner inquiries.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Toronto, Vancouver, or Calgary, Canada
  • 1-3 years experience in partner success, customer success, or account management.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer support skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with Channel Partners.
  • Interest in improving skills using AI.
