What you will do

• Develop analytical frameworks to evaluate GTM performance, pipeline health, pricing effectiveness, and customer growth.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across commercial performance and translate them into actionable insights.
• Design predictive and prescriptive models that support forecasting, pipeline progression, and revenue optimization.
• Partner with GTM, Pricing, and Deal Desk teams to solve business problems using data.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and data products in Tableau that support commercial operating rhythms.
• Translate business questions into structured analyses and data solutions, providing proactive insights that improve performance, forecasting confidence, and decision quality.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science roles.
• Experience with SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience with Python for data analysis, modeling, or experimentation.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau.
• Familiarity with modern cloud data environments such as GCP / BigQuery or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting commercial teams such as Sales, Pricing, Revenue Operations, or Customer Success.

Nice to have

• Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, or experimentation.
• Exposure to AI-driven analytics or advanced analytical frameworks.
• Experience in freight, logistics, transportation, marketplaces, or supply chain.
• Strong ability to connect data insights to business outcomes.
• Ability to break down complex business questions and develop structured analytical approaches.
