What you will do

• Oversee and drive end-to-end product delivery management lifecycle and release management operations for the Product organization.
• Lead technical product delivery, aligning scope and release planning with strategic business objectives.
• Drive teams to quality and on-time delivery using agile methodologies.
• Identify potential risks and develop dependency and risk mitigation strategies.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure product delivery effectiveness and quality.
• Facilitate a culture of continuous learning by regularly conducting product retrospectives.

Requirements

• Ideally an internal candidate with knowledge of hirify.global organizational makeup and products.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science or related discipline.
• Strong background in full lifecycle delivery for PaaS products and operations.
• Experience in planning and delivering commercial software utilizing agile processes for multiple public cloud technologies, e.g., AWS, Google, Azure.
• Practical understanding and application of technical product delivery management and agile development lifecycle in support of PaaS.
• Proficiency in identifying and responding effectively to technical risks and issues that may impact delivery.

• Scaled Agile Certification is preferred.
