TL;DR
Program Manager (Global Finance Technology/Tax): Driving complex, cross-functional tax technology initiatives with an accent on end-to-end delivery, agile program management, and stakeholder alignment. Salary: $146,000.00–$204,500.00 per year

What you will do
- Own planning and execution of cross-functional tax programs from concept through launch, defining and managing scope, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
- Partner closely with engineering teams running Scrum and Kanban to drive effective backlog refinement, prioritization, and impediment removal.
- Lead requirements gathering with Tax, Accounting, and Finance stakeholders, translating regulatory and business needs into clear, testable deliverables.
- Ensure traceability from requirements through design, build, testing, and go-live for tax subledger, reporting, and compliance capabilities.
- Build strong partnerships across Tax, Accounting, Product, and Engineering, running effective cross-functional forums and communicating status, risks, and decisions.
- Maintain integrated plans, RAID logs, and executive-ready reporting using Confluence, SharePoint, and Jira, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of program or technical program management experience driving complex, cross-functional technology initiatives end to end.
- Demonstrated success working with engineering teams in Agile (Scrum and Kanban) environments, including facilitating ceremonies.
- Strong requirements analysis skills; ability to translate regulatory/tax/accounting needs into actionable technical work and user stories.
- Experience working with Tax and Accounting stakeholders, ideally in areas such as tax subledger, tax reporting, or tax form management.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills; able to work across time zones and functions.
- Comfortable using Confluence, SharePoint, and Jira for documentation, collaboration, and delivery tracking.

- Experience in tax, accounting, or finance technology programs.
- PMP certification; Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe).
