Program Manager (Fintech)

Salary: $146,000 – $204,500

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end planning and execution of cross-functional tax technology programs.
• Partner with engineering teams in Scrum and Kanban environments to prioritize backlogs and remove impediments.
• Translate regulatory and accounting requirements into clear, testable technical deliverables.
• Drive alignment across Finance, Tax, Product, and Engineering stakeholders on project scope and trade-offs.
• Maintain integrated project plans, RAID logs, and executive reporting.

Requirements

• Must be located in Seattle, WA area.
• 5+ years of program or technical program management experience.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex technology initiatives in an Agile environment.
• Strong background in translating finance, tax, or accounting regulatory requirements into technical work.
• Proven ability to operate independently within a large, matrixed organization.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• PMP certification.
• Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe).
