What you will do

• Own and drive execution of complex, multi-team programs across Engineering, Product, Data Science, Design, Marketing, Partnerships, and external partners.
• Drive alignment across organizational boundaries by surfacing dependencies, risks, and trade-offs early and engaging leadership.
• Lead engineering-focused initiatives like platform modernization, reliability, API evolution, and AI/data infrastructure.
• Manage customer-facing product programs including new capabilities, partner workflows, monetization, and cross-platform launches.
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science to deliver AI/ML-enabled capabilities end to end, ensuring responsible AI practices.
• Develop structured program plans with milestones, risk mitigation, and measurable outcomes to keep programs on track.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States (remote within US only) with some state-specific salary ranges.
• 5+ years of experience in technical or software program management in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Experience leading both infrastructure/technical and customer-facing product initiatives.
• Knowledge of AI/ML product lifecycle including experimentation, deployment, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Strong communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders and influence without authority.
• Ability to identify dependencies, clarify ambiguity, and think systemically about technical investments and product velocity.
