What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for regional partners, enabling them to effectively position, architect, and deliver VAST solutions.
• Drive partner technical enablement through training, certifications, workshops, and hands-on labs.
• Collaborate with partner SEs and sales teams to support joint customer opportunities, including demos, solution design, and proofs of concept.
• Build repeatable technical sales plays, reference architectures, and best practices for partners.
• Provide technical leadership at partner events, webinars, and executive briefings.
• Act as the technical point of escalation for national partners in collaboration with VAST’s field SE and support teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Pre-Sales.
• Experience working with national partners, VARs, or distributors in enterprise IT.
• Strong knowledge of storage, data infrastructure, networking, and/or cloud architectures.
• Proven success enabling and scaling channel partner technical capabilities.
• Excellent presentation and training skills, comfortable with both small groups and large audiences.
• Ability to travel as needed to support national partner coverage.
