TL;DR

Location: Onsite in Las Vegas, Nevada. US work authorization required.

What you will do

• Provide technical support for employee hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Assist with system setup, configuration, imaging, and deployment.
• Support troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Help maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Monitor system performance and escalate issues when necessary.
• Assist with user account management and access provisioning.
• Support cybersecurity best practices, updates, and patch management.
• Participate in IT infrastructure or automation projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, VPN concepts).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Exposure to scripting or automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms or virtualization tools.
• Understanding of security best practices and endpoint protection.
• Experience using helpdesk or ticketing systems.
