TL;DR

Business Development Manager (Fintech): Driving the adoption of Open Banking solutions within the lending industry by engaging with lender stakeholders and articulating the value of hirify.global's product. Focus on generating leads, managing the sales funnel, and negotiating deals to achieve ambitious revenue growth targets.

Location: Hybrid, Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom. Must be in office a minimum of 2 days per week for levels 1-5, and 3 days per week for level 6 and above.

What you will do

  • Liaise with lender stakeholders to articulate the value of hirify.global's Open Banking products.
  • Develop decks, pitch services to potential clients, and respond to RFPs with support from engineers, analysts, and data scientists.
  • Manage the sales funnel to drive conversion, actively generate leads, and nurture them through the sales process.
  • Drive negotiations to achieve fair returns, contributing to the business's ambitious revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with other business development individuals and teams across the hirify.global Group to ensure a cohesive approach to prospecting and building strong relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales roles.
  • An understanding of what Open Banking is and how it is relevant to lending.
  • An extensive network within the lending industry, preferably including personal loans and credit cards.
  • Must be an excellent influencer with experience in working with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
