What you will do

• Develop a stable, scalable capital reporting and analysis platform.
• Implement innovative tech solutions for regulatory capital calculations under Basel rules.
• Optimize performance of data-intensive applications using big data technologies like Spark and Hadoop.
• Migrate legacy systems to modern, scalable architectures.
• Collaborate with technology teams in an agile environment to support process improvements.
• Translate Python code into logical components for business logic implementation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Jersey City, NJ, United States
• Strong knowledge of Basel regulations, Basel 3 endgame, FRTB, SACCR.
• 5+ years of SQL programming experience, preferably with Oracle Exadata.
• Experience with Python and big data technologies.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Fixed Income products.
• Experience in risk and pricing application development.
