What you will do

• Design and price insurance offers for the Canadian market.
• Monitor business performance and risks.
• Lead insurance-related projects.
• Help the team understand healthcare and insurance nuances.
• Contribute to defining product strategy for the Canadian market.
• Build insurance infrastructure from scratch.

Requirements

• Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries.
• At least 3+ years of experience in health insurance or life & disability insurance.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Knowledge of sector trends and pricing decisions.
• Builder mindset to scale and optimize processes.

Nice to have

• Fluent in French.
• Proven experience in owning a project from start to finish.
• Experience coordinating with teams based in another country.
• Deep understanding of the Canadian health insurance market.
