Data Scientist

TL;DR

Data Scientist: Analyzing data to discover patterns and trends with an accent on descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive data analytics. Focus on collaborating with data engineers, functional and business teams, and monitoring and supporting production models.

Location: Must work onsite five days a week in Morton, IL, United States. No relocation offered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Salary: $97,530.00 - $158,480.00. Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.

What you will do

• Analyze data to discover patterns & trends.
• Perform descriptive, predictive & prescriptive data analytics.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Functional and Business Teams.
• Monitor and support production models and communicate issue impact and resolution.

Requirements

• Knowledge of business statistics.
• Knowledge of machine learning.
• Knowledge of programming languages.
• Knowledge of query and database access tools.
• Knowledge of requirements analysis.

Nice to have

• 5-7 years’ experience with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Data Science.
• Expertise in Data Analysis, Data Visualization, Statistical Modelling, Machine Learning and Deep Learning, Agentic Framework.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Working experience in LLMs and Agentic Framework.
• Sound knowledge in Business Intelligence, Big Data & Cloud database concepts like AWS/Azure Databricks.
