Salary: $200,000 - $220,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead development and optimization of machine learning models to personalize learning and predict student outcomes.
• Analyze large datasets using statistical and data mining techniques to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and educational specialists to integrate data science solutions.
• Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Engage with senior management on data science initiatives and strategy.
• Stay updated on latest data science, ML, and AI developments and apply them ethically in education.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States.
• Advanced degree (PhD or Master’s) in quantitative field with 7+ years of data science experience.
• Strong skills in Python, SQL, NLP, deep learning, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Excellent communication skills and experience mentoring junior staff.
• Commitment to ethical data use and privacy compliance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment focused on education technology.
