What you will do

• Invent, implement, and deploy deep learning algorithms and systems for AWS Agentic AI.
• Build prototypes and explore new AI solutions in natural language processing and generative AI.
• Collaborate closely with customers, engineers, and scientists to deliver end-to-end modeling solutions.
• Advise team members on machine learning topics and drive scientific breakthroughs in ambiguous problem areas.
• Provide recommendations on modeling and component design to achieve desired customer experience and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Location: Remote work with preference for US-based candidates.
• 3+ years of experience building models for business applications.
• PhD or Master's degree with 4+ years experience in CS, CE, ML, or related fields.
• Experience with programming languages such as Java, C++, and Python.
• Expertise in algorithms, data structures, numerical optimization, and distributed computing.
• Publications or patents in top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals.

Nice to have

• Experience using Unix/Linux.
• Professional software development experience.
