What you will do

• Solve operational problems across project lifecycles including data cleaning, exploratory analysis, feature engineering, model development, validation, and operationalization.
• Develop actionable insights to improve client service and retention strategies, presenting findings to cross-functional teams.
• Use Python, SQL, Excel, and AI/ML techniques including natural language processing to analyze business challenges.
• Communicate complex technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and project management teams to design and deliver impactful solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field with 4-5 years experience, or Master's degree with 2-3 years experience.
• Proficiency in Python (including Pandas/Polars, NumPy), SQL, and Excel.
• Experience with AI tools and APIs to enhance data workflows.
• Ability to write and maintain production-quality code for data processing and analysis.
• Practical knowledge of statistical principles and ML methods.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts and influence stakeholders.
