What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions to enhance data asset quality and reliability.
• Lead predictive and optimization model development projects.
• Apply best practices in data science methodologies, including coding standards and model monitoring.
• Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into actionable data science solutions.
• Work with IT teams to design data pipelines and infrastructure supporting AI models.
• Define success metrics and KPIs for data science initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data science and AI project delivery.
• Strong Python programming skills and experience with data science libraries (sklearn, pandas, NumPy, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
• Experience with MLOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in SQL and software development practices (version control, CI/CD).
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced AGILE-SCRUM environment.
