What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions to enhance hirify.global's data quality and depth.
• Lead the development of predictive and optimization use cases.
• Implement best practices for data science methodologies, including coding standards, model validation, and monitoring.
• Partner with business users to translate requirements into data science solutions and action items.
• Collaborate with IT teams to design data pipelines and infrastructure for model use cases.
• Define success metrics and KPIs for data science projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in data science with a proven track record of delivering data science and AI projects.
• Strong programming skills in Python with data science libraries (sklearn, pandas, NumPy, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
• Knowledge of software development practices (version control, CI/CD, code review).
• Experience with MLOps tools and best practices for model deployment and monitoring.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Strong experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI applications, using frameworks like Lang Chain and Hugging Face, and deploying on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
