TL;DR

Senior Client Account Manager (Adtech): Nurturing client partnerships by leading campaign strategy, execution, and optimizations, focusing on driving measurable business outcomes for mobile app developers using hirify.global's advertising platform. Focus on mobile app marketing, crafting media plans, and upselling opportunities to grow client spend.

Location: Must work in person from our New York City office 1-2 days per week

Salary: $135,100 - $189,200 USD

What you will do

  • Collaborate with Client Partners to meet or exceed marketing goals.
  • Proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners and their agency counterparts to drive year-over-year revenue growth.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign launch execution, supporting clients with setup and delivering insightful optimization recommendations to agency and client partners.
  • Dive deep into campaign performance data, audience and competitor insights, seasonality, and market and performance trends to develop KPI-driven campaign recommendations.
  • Mentor and train other team members.
  • Shape hirify.global’s native ads product roadmap by aggregating and sharing client feedback and campaign metrics with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in advertising sales and account management.
  • Deep industry expertise in mobile apps, mobile User Acquisition funnels, and MMPs.
  • Strong understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem.
  • Comfortable with problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
  • Proficient at upselling with a proven track record of growing client spend.
  • BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience.
