Business Development Representative

What you will do

• Complete required daily outbound calls to qualify prospects and schedule appointments for Sales Reps.
• Collaborate with sales partners to identify accounts and prospects with a propensity to buy.
• Hunt new prospective accounts and contacts to qualify leads through the earliest stages of the sales cycle.
• Ask questions to uncover customer needs, authority, urgency, and ability to purchase, and position the company's value.
• Actively manage time with an emphasis on daily prospecting, activities, and learning & development.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in sales/sales support/client service/account management.
• Strong communication and relationship skills to partner closely with customers and co-workers.
• Strong knowledge of current company solutions.
• Creative and innovative thinker who can demonstrate continued value and maintain customer loyalty.
• Strong execution skills to get work done efficiently without direct supervision.
• Ability to adapt and manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
