What you will do
- Execute and monitor routine sales reports and analytics.
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of sales projects.
- Maintain and improve sales process documentation.
- Calculate and verify sales compensation and incentive payouts.
- Support data integrity initiatives within sales systems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in business analysis, data analytics, financial analysis, or a commission analyst role within a subscription-based software environment.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Project Coordination: Experience in coordinating small-scale projects.
- CRM Systems: Basic familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systems.
- Understanding of sales compensation calculation and processes.
- Ability to learn and utilize sales tools and systems.
