What you will do
- Provide strategic leadership and coaching by partnering directly with leaders and key stakeholders to deliver on the evolving needs and priorities of high-growth teams.
- Be a proactive, data-driven advisor by initiating insightful, insight-driven conversations with Senior leaders.
- Lead Talent & Development initiatives by driving thought-leadership and partner closely with internal stakeholders on critical employee initiatives.
- Drive organisational design by collaborating with functional leaders to lead vital design activities such as succession planning, talent development, and workforce planning.
- Serve as the initial point of contact within People & Culture for all employee relations issues, providing timely and effective guidance.
- Partner closely with the Talent Partners on current and future resourcing needs of the team to ensure full coverage.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of progressive HR experience, including significant time in HR Generalist or People Business Partner roles within a fast-paced, high-growth technology (SaaS) company.
- Proven expertise in strategically partnering with and supporting Sales organisations, understanding their unique dynamics and talent needs.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable experience leading and contributing to large-scale, global, and complex HR projects that drive organisational change.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and influencing skills, with a track record of building instant credibility and trust with leaders.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience with UK employment legislation and best practices, particularly in complex employee relations matters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
