Director, Global Leadership and Performance (HR): Delivering high-impact global leadership and enterprise learning initiatives with an accent on program management, senior stakeholder engagement, and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. Focus on global leadership programs, executive coaching, and alignment between leadership programs, enterprise learning, and people processes.
Location: London, GB. Teams come together in the office four days a week (Monday - Thursday).

What you will do
- Lead global leadership initiatives, including the High Potential Leadership Program and Senior Leadership Team Program.
- Embed leadership strategy by developing and executing a rollout plan for Leadership Commitments.
- Own and implement company-wide Coaching strategy, managing partnerships and expanding executive coaching.
- Support management and local development by providing QA and thought partnership on global Management Development content.
- Build strong relationships across HR, Talent, Functions, and Markets.
- Manage programs proactively, mitigating risk and ensuring delivery excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience running global leadership programs end-to-end.
- Strong program management with attention to detail and risk mitigation.
- Experienced facilitator, comfortable working with senior leaders and executive audiences.
- Skilled at senior stakeholder management and influencing at VP/SVP level.
- Strategic thinker who can connect initiatives while delivering operationally.
- Autonomous, agile, and comfortable navigating a matrixed organisation.
Nice to have
- Experience working with Workday, Google Suite, and Articulate is desirable.
