Location: Hybrid (3 days/week in office) in Montreal, Canada

Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 CAD (Ontario)

What you will do

• Develop trusted advisor relationships with People Business Partners and leadership to assess talent development needs and provide creative solutions.
• Design, own, and execute strategic learning and enablement plans, including bespoke leadership development programs for senior leaders.
• Facilitate high-stakes learning offerings such as workshops, coaching, and training for Directors and Senior Leadership Team.
• Influence and advise stakeholders to inform talent and capability strategic decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with People & Culture teams to ensure integrated talent solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts to support learning programs.
• Create and execute communication plans to drive adoption of talent development initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Partner or Consultant to leaders in a fast-paced, complex environment, preferably in technology.
• Practical knowledge of adult learning principles and leadership development approaches.
• Experience designing and facilitating programs for executive and senior management audiences.
• Project management skills including vendor coordination.
• Fluency in English as a working language.
