TL;DR

Talent Acquisition & Development Partner: Managing end-to-end recruitment for EMEA offices and driving talent development initiatives with an accent on stakeholder management and HR operational excellence. Focus on aligning recruitment strategies, implementing L&D programs, and utilizing data-driven tools to enhance organizational growth and employee engagement.

Location: Hybrid (must be based in or able to commute to London, Paris, or Hamburg for at least 3 days in-office)

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for diverse roles across European offices.
  • Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, source talent, and facilitate the interview process.
  • Implement and champion talent development practices and L&D initiatives across EMEA.
  • Maintain and curate learning content libraries and manage internal training request workflows.
  • Provide regular reporting on hiring metrics and L&D uptake to senior leadership.
  • Support broader HR cycles and administrative activities to ensure consistent global HR operations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruiting and/or talent development.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Proven track record of building and managing relationships with global stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with GDPR regulations and recruiting best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM tools.
  • Ability to work from the office 3 days per week in London, Paris, or Hamburg.

Nice to have

  • Experience using AI-powered or data-driven HR and recruitment platforms.
  • Prior knowledge of Workable or Dayforce systems.
  • Experience supporting early career or work experience initiatives.
