What you will do

• Own documentation for cert‑manager and Kubernetes workflows.
• Partner with engineering, PM, and UX to deliver high-quality documentation.
• Meet aggressive deliverable deadlines and manage risks through communication with stakeholders.
• Work within an agile framework.
• Drive docs‑as‑code excellence (GitHub, Markdown, merge request workflows).
• Champion open‑source documentation and community alignment.

Requirements

• Between 5–10 years of technical writing experience.
• A passion for helping users achieve desired outcomes rapidly.
• Experience with Kubernetes, certificates/PKI, or cloud‑native technologies.
• Experience with open‑source documentation.
• Strong Git/GitLab/Markdown skills.
• Ability to embrace change and exceed expectations.

Nice to have

• cert‑manager, CRDs, controllers experience.
• Experience improving information architecture and doc tooling.
