What you will do
- Manage onboarding for new customers on the E Works platform.
- Gather customer requirements and configure system settings, workflows, and user access.
- Deliver remote and occasional onsite product training sessions.
- Support customers through go-live and early adoption.
- Maintain clear documentation and capture customer feedback.
Requirements
- Experience within field service or job management software environments.
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects.
- A practical problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable delivering customer training sessions and guiding users through new systems.
Nice to have
- Experience implementing or onboarding SaaS platforms.
- Experience delivering software training to customers.
- Basic understanding of cloud-based software environments.
