TL;DR
Junior Support Analyst: Contributing to the development of Service-Link by collaborating with the Support Manager and end users to understand requirements and develop effective products. Focus on analyzing and troubleshooting product stability issues and providing timely updates.
Location: This role welcomes candidates on Pacific Time in Canada. Preference will be given to candidates who can come to work from North Vancouver office location.

What you will do
- Analyze and troubleshoot product stability issues reported by clients.
- Provide second line support as required by Customer Care team.
- Provide timely updates on progress of ongoing work and maintain development deadlines.
- Utilize programming skills to ensure delivered code meets high standards of quality and reusability.
- Communicate with both internal and external clients to ensure changes that meet requirements.
- Actively participate in code review and knowledge sharing sessions.
Requirements
- Computer Science or related STEM discipline.
- Strong JAVA or other object oriented programming language.
- Experience using SQL Server/ORACLE.
- Experience with Source control GIT.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux.
- Excellent communication skills and passionate and eager to learn.
