TL;DR
Support Engineer (AI/Kubernetes): Resolving technical issues for developers using a code intelligence platform with an accent on troubleshooting containerized environments and AI tooling. Location: Remote (Global). Expected working hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm EST

What you will do
- Troubleshoot and solve reported technical issues for developer customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve difficult customer problems.
- Contribute to product and handbook documentation to improve self-service.
- Analyze trends in customer issues to suggest tooling or product remedies.
- Take responsibility for improvements in team onboarding and the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar technical support role.
- Experience with Unix/Linux, Bash, and Kubernetes containerized solutions.
- Proficiency with code hosts such as GitHub, GitLab, and BitBucket, as well as Git.
- Strong understanding of databases, especially SQL.
- Foundational knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and APIs.
- Ability to work 9:00am - 5:00pm EST and communicate complex technical ideas to diverse audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience writing code in Go or another language.
- Basic knowledge of Perforce.
- Experience using Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI tooling.
