What you will do

• Ensure all digital assets are systematically organized and categorized for easy retrieval.
• Catalog, tag, and organize digital assets using OrangeDAM, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Track and validate metadata, work on taxonomy, and train end users.
• Enhance search capabilities within the DAM system using metadata and advanced search functionalities.
• Assist in the search and sourcing of assets during projects, resolving asset requests.
• Oversee usage rights, licensing, and compliance for digital assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Library Science, or related field, plus 2+ years of experience managing digital content or systems.
• Strong experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) software and understanding of file formats, taxonomies, and metadata standards.
• High level of accuracy in cataloging and auditing digital content libraries.
• Ability to work cross-functionally between technical and creative teams.
