What you will do

• Configure and modify applications to integrate with client workflows under limited supervision
• Coordinate and facilitate remote and onsite training for clients
• Troubleshoot client issues related to network, security, performance, and database
• Document project progress using Salesforce and track implementation status
• Develop training resources and assist in improving team processes
• Act as a trusted adviser and advocate for applications with clients

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role requiring 8 days per month onsite in Madison, WI, USA
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 year client-facing or consulting experience
• Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and effective communication skills
