TL;DR

Customer Onboarding Manager (AI): Driving user success and empowering hirify.global users to unlock the full potential of our AI-driven live conversation platform with an accent on technical platform knowledge and exceptional communication skills. Focus on leveraging platform capabilities to accelerate sales performance.

Location: Must be based in the US

Salary: $80,000 base, $100,000 OTE

hirify.global's AI-powered suite frees salespeople to connect, listen, and sell, providing tools for intelligent dialing, real-time conversation insights, and AI-driven coaching.

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle.
  • Conduct engaging group enablement sessions on hirify.global’s platform and best practices.
  • Develop expertise in hirify.global’s product suite and integrations to become a trusted technical advisor.
  • Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks to ensure teams hit their ROI milestones.
  • Develop resources (guides, videos, checklists) that help customers self-serve through technical hurdles.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in cold calling.
  • Availability to work during Eastern Time Zone business hours.
  • Confident engaging with sales leadership to align hirify.global’s capabilities with their business objectives.
  • Technical Fluency: Practical experience navigating common CRM or Sales Engagement Platforms (e.g. Salesloft, Hubspot, Outreach, Salesforce, Gong Engage, Apollo)
  • Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to command virtual group audiences.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of concurrent onboardings.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience using hirify.global to scale pipeline.
  • Certifications with common CRM or Sales Engagement Platforms.
  • Experience training or enabling users in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience building "Help Center" style content or recorded training modules.
