Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $180,000 - $270,000 USD

What you will do

  • Partner with GTM and Product leadership to execute enablement strategies aligned to company revenue objectives.
  • Scale role-based programs supporting product launches, cross-sell, and platform positioning.
  • Own onboarding and ongoing development to reduce ramp time and improve quota attainment using structured methodologies like MEDDIC.
  • Optimize enablement systems including Salesforce, Highspot, Gong, and Outreach for consistent workflows and performance visibility.
  • Expand AI-enabled capabilities such as conversation intelligence, automated coaching insights, and workflow automation.
  • Establish KPIs linking enablement to key sales metrics and lead a high-performing enablement team.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 10+ years professional experience with 5+ years leading enablement teams in high-growth B2B SaaS.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills to translate revenue goals into enablement plans and measure ROI.
  • Expertise in B2B sales methodologies such as MEDDIC and experience with GTM platforms like Salesforce, Highspot, Gong, and Outreach.
  • Proven leadership and influence skills with ability to drive cross-functional alignment.
