What you will do

• Ship AI products quickly by operating in fast cycles of discovery and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to build practical, high-impact features.
• Travel to visit users in the field to observe workflows and identify operational bottlenecks.
• Iterate constantly based on real user feedback and usage data.
• Set ambitious product goals and hold the team accountable for defined outcomes.
• Influence long-term product strategy based on market insights and user needs.

Requirements

• Proven track record of building and shipping successful products from idea to user impact.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams on complex systems.
• Comfortable thriving in ambiguous environments where the path forward is not always clear.
• Strong obsession with product craft, quality, and attention to detail.
• Deep commitment to the mission of improving essential public services.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity at our London office.

Nice to have

• Technical background in engineering, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
• Experience in automation or developer-facing tool design.
