What you will do

• Use various channels to identify and engage potential candidates for current and future roles.
• Develop and maintain a network of candidates through market research and relationship management.
• Conduct market analysis to understand talent landscape and provide insights.
• Pre-screen candidates to assess skills, experience, and fit.
• Manage and update candidate database to maintain a strong pipeline.
• Promote company brand and values in candidate interactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in social science.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
• High proficiency in Russian and English languages.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Open-minded personality.

Nice to have

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience working in multinational environments.
• Experience sourcing talent in Russian, Belarusian, or Ukrainian markets.
