What you will do
- Use various channels to identify and engage potential candidates for current and future roles.
- Develop and maintain a network of candidates through market research and relationship management.
- Conduct market analysis to understand talent landscape and provide insights.
- Pre-screen candidates to assess skills, experience, and fit.
- Manage and update candidate database to maintain a strong pipeline.
- Promote company brand and values in candidate interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in social science.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
- High proficiency in Russian and English languages.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Open-minded personality.
Nice to have
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience working in multinational environments.
- Experience sourcing talent in Russian, Belarusian, or Ukrainian markets.
