Key Responsibilities:
Utilize various sourcing methods and tools to identify and engage top IT professionals;
Stay updated on modern technologies and IT industry trends;
Conduct initial search, screening, and analysis of candidates' resumes;
Initiate and manage primary communication with potential candidates;
Post job vacancies on various job platforms;
Participate in meetings to strategize candidate search for open positions;
Maintain and expand the existing candidate database;
Collaborate effectively with the recruitment and sales teams.
Requirements:
English Level: B1 or higher;
Completion of courses in recruitment/sourcing or an internship within an IT company;
Strong understanding of modern technologies and IT industry trends;
Excellent research skills and the ability to work with different sourcing platforms;
Own Linkedin candidate database;
Proactive mindset with attention to detail and organizational skills.
