What you will do
- Design technology components that meet defined time, cost, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with technical specialists and solution designers to deliver integrated enterprise-level solutions.
- Manage technical and commercial risks throughout the design and delivery process.
- Communicate design decisions and business benefits to senior stakeholders clearly.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling and continuous design improvement.
- Mentor less experienced team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing within design squads.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical design or complex solution delivery.
- Strong working knowledge across multiple relevant technologies or product sets.
- Ability to deliver component-level designs while adhering to governance standards.
- Experience managing project risks and resolving technical issues independently.
- Understanding of SLAs and the impact of technical decisions on customer business contexts.
- Commercial awareness including lifecycle cost considerations.
