Senior Technical Enablement Manager (AI)

Location: Remote within Ontario or Quebec, Canada

What you will do

• Participate in enablement strategy for Commerce product releases and ensure internal and external readiness.
• Partner with Product, Product Marketing, and Enablement teams to turn new features into learning experiences.
• Build and optimize scalable frameworks for readiness milestones, communications, and enablement assets.
• Represent enablement across the Commerce line of business and align activities with go-to-market strategy.
• Develop and maintain courses, job aids, demos, and workshops for internal teams, partners, and customers.

Requirements

• Experience in product enablement, enablement operations, or software implementation, ideally in SaaS or B2B technology.
• Experience leading cross-functional release readiness programs involving Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Ability to design enablement strategies for go-to-market teams and internal functions as learning audiences.
• Strong organizational, communication, and program management skills in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Commerce technology, AI-driven ecosystems, or customer experience platforms.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, learning management systems, or learning analytics.
• Experience designing process frameworks or governance models across distributed teams.
• Strong analytical skills focused on measuring enablement impact and improving learning effectiveness.
