What you will do

• Lead the enablement strategy for all Commerce product releases to ensure internal and external readiness.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Education teams to translate complex features into effective learning experiences.
• Build and optimize scalable frameworks and processes for readiness milestones, communications, and assets.
• Act as the primary enablement liaison for the Commerce line of business to align with go-to-market strategies.
• Develop and maintain engaging learning resources, demos, and workshops for internal teams, partners, and customers.
• Define and measure success metrics to drive continuous improvement in enablement effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product enablement, operations, or software implementation within SaaS or B2B technology.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional release readiness programs.
• Understanding of GTM teams as a target audience for enablement strategies.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and program management skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.

• Experience in Commerce technology, AI-driven ecosystems, or customer experience platforms.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design tools.
