Salary: 2,000 €/month net

What you will do

• Manage design tasks for marketing teams including briefing, prioritization, and negotiation with internal clients.
• Coordinate designer workloads, track deadlines, and ensure iterative delivery of high-quality visual assets.
• Create and maintain brief templates, image collections, and asset libraries to automate routine tasks.
• Lead the setting and improvement of design working processes and evaluation criteria.
• Act as a key liaison between customers and design teams to clarify requirements and resolve quality issues.
• Participate in dispute resolution regarding design deliverables and project timelines.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of total experience, including 2+ years in an advertising agency, digital agency, or in-house design studio.
• Experience managing design tasks for digital marketing and media-buying teams.
• Proven ability to handle complex marketing projects involving multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Proficiency with Jira, Slack, Google Docs, Figma, and Adobe services.
• English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher required.
• Strong attention to visual detail and readiness to work in a fast-paced environment.
